Creative Publishing produces distinctive
publications for the University of Oregon.

The staff of professional editors and designers in Creative Publishing can help you achieve the results you want from your publications whether you are putting together a single flier, a poster, or an entire series of publications.

The services of Creative Publishing are available at no or minimal cost. You are charged only for photography, any special service, quick copy or ad design, and for color proofs and printing. Regardless of the size of your project, a staff member will be assigned to work with you and will be your liaison with Printing and Mailing Services, where almost all of the publications handled by Creative Publishing are printed. Although separate units of the university, the two offices maintain a close relationship.

By following standards that have been established for all University of Oregon publications, staff members ensure that your publications are accurate, that they reflect the excellence of University of Oregon programs and are consistent with other university publications, and that they meet your specific needs.

Oregon Quarterly is the university’s award-winning magazine, now in its eighty-fourth year of publication. The magazine features a strong graphic presentation and thought-provoking stories about the University of Oregon and the Northwest.

The University of Oregon Press publishes books of regional interest and scholarly importance. The acclaimed second edition of Atlas of Oregon set a new international standard for atlases. Other recent titles include Best Essays Northwest, Architecture in Colonial America, and Pioneers, Scholars, and Rogues: A Spirited History of the University of Oregon.
